We specialise in 3PL onboarding, freight tenders, warehouse optimisation and Lean Six Sigma–driven process improvement, helping businesses reduce costs, improve service and regain control of their logistics operations.

BH Distribution & Logistics Advisory Ltd was founded by Balazs Hruboczki, a UK-based logistics and operations specialist with 11+ years’ experience delivering practical, real-world improvement across manufacturing, e-commerce and international distribution networks.
I’ve led and supported 3PL transitions, freight tenders, warehouse and inventory optimisation, and ERP/WMS implementations across the UK, EU and USA. My background spans both hands-on delivery and strategic transformation, which means clients get solutions that are not only well-designed — but actually implementable.
I’m a Chartered Member (CMILT) of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. I specialise in identifying inefficiencies, improving service levels, reducing cost-to-serve, and stabilising logistics operations during periods of change.
